By accessing or using Petal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Petal is a wellness and educational companion for people on a GLP-1 journey. It helps you track medication, protein, movement, symptoms, and progress. Petal is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Accounts & Registration
Petal does not require you to create an account. Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
4. User Obligations
You agree to use Petal only for lawful, personal purposes, to enter accurate information for your own benefit, and not to misuse, copy, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app. You must be at least 18 years old to use Petal.
5. Intellectual Property
Petal, the Bloom character, and all related content, designs, and trademarks are owned by us and are protected by law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
Petal is provided "as is" for general wellness and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider about your medication and health. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions you make based on the app or for any indirect or consequential damages.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Petal offers an auto-renewing subscription with a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple ID. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
8. Termination
You may stop using Petal and delete the app at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or these terms, if you misuse the app or as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of Petal resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
