Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Petal, and tap Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a purchase?
In the app, open the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases, or make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I delete my data?
Your data is stored on your device. Open Settings → Reset in the app to clear it, or simply delete the app.
Is Petal medical advice?
No. Petal offers warm guidance and education to support your GLP-1 journey, but it is not a substitute for your doctor or care team. Always follow your healthcare provider for medication and health decisions.
